By downloading, installing, or using the C3 Social mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
C3 Social is a faith-based community engagement platform that provides articles, sermons, community discussions, events, and related content. Features may change over time as we continue to develop the platform.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App.
4. User Conduct
When using the App, you agree not to:
- Post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload viruses or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure
5. Content
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you post. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.
Our Content: All articles, sermons, media, and other content provided through the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6. Community Guidelines
Community posts and comments are subject to moderation. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards. Administrators may block users from commenting at their discretion.
7. Donations & Giving
Any donations or financial contributions made through the App are voluntary and processed by third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for payment processing errors. Refund policies are subject to applicable law and the policies of the receiving organization.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, C3 Social and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which C3 Social operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
